It is SO exciting, isn’t it—this illusion humans call “life”? I mean, come ON…three dimensions (with that bonus dimension—time!) all rolled together for your enjoyment—giving your illusion depth and breadth and color and light.
Not only that—but your illusionary playground is a super gorgeous planet you call earth—AND (on top of all that!) you get to create everything that happens to you while you’re here.
Wow, Friend, you are so lucky!
What’s that? You’re not feeling quite as excited about this as me?
Ah, dearest one, I notice that it’s easy for you to get sidetracked and slip into overwhelm with all that pulls at your attention on this planet. But Friend, you don’t have to react to what is happening around you. In fact, if you do, you are giving up your considerable power.
Instead, be proactive.
For instance, your time dimension has 24 hours in it, correct? Well, it’s obvious that you won’t be able to do everything that is in your head in those 24 hours. What generally happens is you feel you have to hurry, or multi-task, or give up some of the things you want to do.
You end up feeling overwhelmed and inadequate. You then go unconscious and begin to do things you never even really wanted to do—zoning out over some TV show or webpage or whatever.
And here’s how to change that:
Make a list of everything you want to do each day, prioritize their importance and only do the things you really want to do. Ideally only do the things you love to do.
And do every single one of those things with as much joy, focus, love and excitement as you can.
Because Friend, this is your illusion. You are creating every second of it. Stop giving your time and attention (aka your energy and power) to what you don’t want—only give it to the things you do.
And soon, you’ll be soaring, every single day—like me!
With a crazy amount of love,
P.S. You’ve probably already thought about this Friend, but also make that list for your life. What is it you want to do with your life? What do you want to create with your life? Prioritize that list, and add a piece a day to your “day list”. Baby steps will get ya there baby!
