I see your mind racing. I feel your heart yearning. I hear your concerns about the state of the world.

Be still, dear one. For just one minute–just 60 short seconds. Close your eyes and feel my love surround you…like a warm blanket of light and hope.

Of course, process your fears, your anxiety, your doubts—but remember—you have been given the ultimate gift. You create your own reality.

And now you are being asked to take that gift deeper. You have been given time and space to really think about how you live your life and perhaps make some new choices and commitments.

You can have everything you desire. Trust that. But you must settle your thoughts in order to let in the love, receive the guidance, and rekindle the excitement. These states of being will create the life (and world) you dream of.
