Do you realize that there really is no time or space? I know this seems impossible. But it is not. It is ALL an illusion. And you can create any type of illusion you desire.

And although I usually speak to you about your ability to create any and all of your dreams—today I send you a message about “time”, dearest Friend.

You see, from what I observe, you find it far too easy to slip into “time scarcity”. I see you measure so much of your life against time…

You judge yourself if you don’t reach a certain level of productivity in a day. You judge yourself if you don’t reach a certain level of success by a certain age. You run a mental “checklist” of all the things you need to do—day in and day out.

And dear, dear Friend:

Time. Does. Not. Exist.

So where do all those judgments and measurements get you?

They get you feeling stressed and “not good enough”. And where does feeling stressed and not good enough get you? More of what you don’t want.

So let it go. Today. Now. Begin feeling as if you have “all the time in the world”.

Oh make your to-do lists if you feel you need to. But once they are made, stay in that timelessness during each segment of your day. Focus only on the task at hand and the joy of the moment. You will feel the lightness and freedom—and that energy will help you create all the things you DO want.
