Hello there,

Certain times of life are more unsettling than than others, especially times like now. Everything is uncertain, the future is unknown, and any support from family and friends is incredibly restricted. Understandably, you start to feel stressed.

But hey, Friend, stress only produces more stress, remember?

I know from experience there is a way out of the stress cycle (yes, even in these desperate times). What is it? Well, first …

PAUSE.

You’ve got to pause, Friend. Take a breath, take a break—stop doing what you’ve been doing (focusing on all the crazy) —and just be.

You could accomplish this a number of ways:

• Meditation – Quiet your mind and lift your light body to the realm of your unseen friends. Sit with them and let them love you.

• Time out – Just sit and listen to music, or stare out the window, forgetting the world as it is for 15-30 minutes. 

• Exercise – Move your body and slow your mind. Let the movement melt the stress and re-energize your being.

• Nature – Allow the earth herself re-set your mind, body and spirit. Get outside (if possible) and remember your connection to all that is.

And once you have stopped the stress cycle:

1.  Make a plan to set aside time for things you enjoy
If you write down ideas of what you enjoy and pick one to do daily, you are more likely to feel a balance.

2.  Set your intentions:
“I intend to feel peaceful, calm, clear and focused. I intend to remember the good that will come when all this is finished and have fun doing all that I can do until then.”

3.  Add a mantra:
“At this moment, I am safe, I am secure, I have much to be grateful for, and I hand my concerns over to my higher self to transform into light.”

4.  Ask for help:
“Higher self, please help me and those I love to stay protected, remain solidly focused on the good in the present moment, and to complete all I do with grace, ease, elegance and love. Thank you.”

You can live without stress Friend. I know because I’ve done it. But it won’t happen by itself, especially with the world around us telling us we should be stressed.

You have to create it happening.
