You see—I am with you always. But seldom do you allow yourself to feel my presence.

I love you unconditionally—without judgment and without expectation. There is nothing you could do or say that would stop me from loving you. I love you because you are you. Period.

But I know you feel you’ve let me down in some ways. There are some things you have done (or not done), which you judge yourself for.

Please know, whatever you seek forgiveness for, I do forgive you.

Because, dear Friend, I realize you did the best you could do every step along the way. I know you wish you had done certain things differently. But the past is past…and I want nothing more than for you to be free here and now.

You see, holding onto judgments about yourself or anyone else, simply freezes you (or them) into staying right where you are…never growing, never evolving and never becoming all you could be.

So, dear one, forgive yourself, for any perceived wrongdoings, and free yourself to love yourself as I love you…100% without limit.
