Life can get scary, dear one. I know that. I see it in your world—the threats to safety, freedom and the future.

Whether your current fear is for a future you are afraid won’t manifest, for a loved one who is in pain, or fear for the world itself and the atrocities it faces each day—I want you to know—it’s okay.

You’re going to be okay. Your loved ones are going to be okay. And the world—yes, the world is going to be okay too.

You see, Friend, fear is going to come up for you in this illusion—because the only thing certain here (besides the fact that you are a part of God) is change. And change tends to be accompanied by fear.

Why?

Because the unknown scares you—and then you forget that this is an illusion. You forget that you can choose the outcome of the changes. You forget that you are a powerful reality creator.

And it’s okay to feel afraid. But Friend, feel it—deeply and fully, and let it go—be done with it. Then move into the power and authority that you were born to express—with ownership, conviction and faith. Feel the essence you choose to exist within—perhaps safety, trust, empowerment and peace.

And you will have discovered the secret to transmuting fear.
