These are tumultuous times. Change is in the air and change can be scary. The events in the news and the situations in your own life can feel threatening and even terrifying.

But dear Friend, you must remember…your world is an illusion. Yes, it does seem very real. But that doesn’t make it real.

I am real though. Funny isn’t it? What you can see and “prove” is real isn’t, and what you can’t see and “prove” is real, IS.

You are real, too. Oh not your physical body—that is just a temporary home. But your essence is real. Your love is real. And your ability to manifest realities in this illusion is very real too.

More and more, Friend, you will be called upon to pay attention to the “real” in your world. And you will have to ignore the illusion. I understand that is easier said than done. Nonetheless, it is more important than ever.

And Friend, I can help you with that.

Just call me in—imagine we are holding hands, and tell me your worries. Let me lift those worries from you, and replace them with love, joy, and safety.
