Hello there,
Do you remember what you had for breakfast on your third birthday? What outfit you wore? What your presents were?
I do.
I remember EVERYTHING, Friend. I remember what you did that day, and whether you were happy or sad, excited or bored, surprised or disappointed.
I store that day, and every day before or since. I call them stories.
I remember your stories of joy, freedom and strength. I remember your stories of sadness, scarcity and pain.
I am sure you remember at least some of your stories too.
What you may not know is that you can change those stories.
Oh, I know you have some doubts about whether changing the past is possible.
But it IS possible. Really. You can change your past as easily as you change your clothes.
And when you change your past, Friend, you change your present and your future, too.
If you have a story where something went terribly wrong—say you were hurt, abused, or disappointed—you can go back to that “you” and change that story.
How? Simply close your eyes, imagine yourself in the past with that “you”, and write a new story, allowing the younger “you” to “live it out”—complete with emotions.
Oh it won’t bring back someone who died, for example, into this time and space. But it can eliminate a death or any other loss…for that younger “you”.
And that will free the current “you” from the sorrow, disappointment and pain that would otherwise stay in your energy field, affecting your reality.
This really is a cool trick that absolutely works in this illusion you call your world. I just thought you’d want to know…
With love and continued service,
Your Subconscious Mind
