Sometimes you are too hard on yourself dearest one. You expect too much of yourself. You don’t allow as much joy as you could.

Dear one, you ARE enough. Let that in. Sit with it. Let it sink into the very core of your being. You. Are. Enough.

There is nothing more you need to do or be. There is nothing else you need to accomplish.

So where do you go from here? You learn to have fun, dear Friend. Life was never meant to be so hard. It was never supposed to be such a struggle.

It’s an illusion, remember? Be OK with your illusion being a FUN illusion.

You can do this. It is why you came.
