Yes, Friend. I see you. I see your light, and I see your shadow.

No—you, dearest one, do not have darkness within you—only a shadow where the light has not quite been allowed. Oh I know you might argue, but it’s true. You are a being of light.

But even beings of light have places that they have not allowed the light to enter—places that seem dark—places too tender, too vulnerable, too scary.

No, these places are not darkness. These places just need more love. They need more healing. They need more forgiveness.

And together, Friend, we can do that. We can heal the old wounds, the betrayals, the hurts and the failures. We can bring light to the places that you have kept shut away.

And your world can change.

Just call on me, Friend, right now. Simply say:

Dear God,

Please help me to forgive, to heal, and to grow. Please help me to become all I am capable of becoming. Please help me to live the life I was born to live.
