I have been manifesting for about 3 or 4 years now. I hit some rough patches when I was surrounded by negative energy recently but the negative energy made me climb my way out and part of that process was an inspired read, The Map.
I started my Journaling when I began manifesting, it’s part of the process. So my journal goes back about 3 or 4 years. When I picked it up the other night to write my intentions a piece of paper fell out of a section. It was a drawing my 6 year old son had made for me. I smiled and decided to read the notes from the section it fell out of. It was dated back in May 2012. My husband was out of work due to an injury and the house we were living in was being sold by the landlord and we were informed we would have to move out by August 2012. I was devastated! How was I supposed to find a place to live with me being the only employed person!? I took a deep breath and wrote. I asked for a house with clean bathrooms, a bedroom for each of my children, a big back yard for the kids and dog to run around and a huge kitchen with an island and open concept design that flows to the family room with great entertaining space. I figured, “go for it! Why not?”.
I continued to journal for the next couple of months, mostly about my husbands health and my “not so successful” attempts at finding a place to live. We ended up moving our family into a hotel in August 2012. In October 2012, we moved into a brand new 4 bedroom (enough for each child to have their own bedroom) 3 bath home with a big back yard (kids have a huge trampoline and we will be building a pool this year). The kitchen (with an island) flows into the family room and is great for entertaining. At the time, I knew the universe had my back but I didn’t realize how accurately the details were met.
This reflection process has once again confirmed that I CAN create the life I want. My most recent intentions have been around receiving large orders at work. This week I have quoted 2 potentially large orders so I am just waiting for the deal to finalize. It’s exciting and very empowering, thank you!
