You can take the Formula(s) up to three times a day, or as little as once a day. Be aware, as you do so, of the mental, emotional, and spiritual work you can do to support the water(s). Are certain emotions coming up to be healed? Feel them fully, perhaps journal about them, and intend for them to fully released. Are there beliefs connected to this issue? Discover and change them.  

Work with your unseen friends, and ask for their help, healing, and support during this transition. You are not a one-dimensional being. The greatest change comes about as you work with all of the aspects of who you are.

Directions:
2 oz – 1 full dropperful up to 3x a day taken 20 minutes away from food and drink
16 oz – take 1 capful 3x a day, taken 20 minutes away from food and drink.
