  1. Question

How does intend the day morning meditation differ from the morning mastermind meditation? Do they each affect different goals, emotions, etc?

      Hi Valerie,
Thanks for your question. I’m happy to clarify. The Morning Mastermind enlists a team of unseen friends (higher self, subconscious mind personified, and your future self) to help you create your day. You tell them the feeling states you want during the day and then you feel them (thereby creating it). Intend the Day works more with stating the intentions you want to happen that day, such as, “I intend that abundances of all kinds flow into my life easily and elegantly.” You also ask your unseen friends for help in this meditation (that is a recurring theme :).

Both are powerful and I created more than one (eventually there will be seven morning meditations) so that you don’t get bored and it doesn’t end up being rote and emotionless and thus non-effective.

      I hope this helps!
