This formula is for those who struggle with accessing and trusting one’s inner guidance system. It can assist people in being able to trust their inner guidance and improve your ability to collaborate with others. You may want to look at beliefs and patterns of not trusting yourself; not being in integrity; getting pulled into the drama of others; getting pulled in the wrong direction; manipulation programs; and not being able to have a pure consciousness perspective. You can take the Formula(s) up to three times a day, or as little as once a day. Be aware, as you do so, of the mental, emotional, and spiritual work you can do to support the water(s). Are certain emotions coming up to be healed? Feel them fully, perhaps journal about them, and intend for them to fully released. Are there beliefs connected to this issue? Discover and change them.  

Work with your unseen friends, and ask for their help in healing and support during this transition. You are not a one-dimensional being. The greatest change comes as you work with all the aspects of who you are.

Directions:
